What are the options for appetizers?

The Catering Companion puts together offerings based on the occasion and the group. A Friday afternoon drink requires something different than a reception after a wedding or a business networking event. The appetizers are freshly prepared – meat from the artisan butcher, fish from Volendam fishmongers.
Hot and cold appetizers can be combined. Vegetarian, vegan and halal options are standard available upon request.

Appetizers are prepared at your location or brought around, depending on the format. Everything will be ready at the agreed time. Upon request, someone from The Catering Companion will walk around with the appetizers. Heating equipment for hot appetizers is included.
