Halal and non-halal at a buffet: how the table is arranged
We do not mix the dishes. Halal dishes are grouped together in a separate section of the buffet, with a dedicated serving spoon for each dish.
That may seem like a minor detail, but it’s the difference between guests who help themselves without hesitation and those who have to ask first. No one wants to ask the host at a party what’s in a serving dish.
For each dish, we list the ingredients used. We provide you with this information in advance so you can share it. On the day of the event, you can also ask our team.
What’s written on the halal side

For a buffet, please indicate in your request how many guests will be eating halal. We’ll tailor the menu accordingly and determine how much to serve on that section of the table.
Fish and vegetarian dishes are often served alongside them, because a large portion of the group will eat them without any adjustments being necessary.
Halal and non-halal items at a buffet alongside other dietary preferences

Allergies should be listed separately from dietary preferences. To that end, we provide information about the ingredients in each dish so your guests can decide for themselves what to choose.
Please specify the quantity for each item in your request. That way, we’ll know how much of each dish to serve, and we won’t run out halfway through the evening.
What We Do During the Day
We set up and follow the layout we agreed on in advance. Our team stays on site, refills the dishes, and keeps the bowls and serving utensils in their designated spots.
That’s why we have someone on hand. A buffet that’s set up all at once and then left to fend for itself will be in disarray within an hour.
We provide buffet service for groups of 30 or more. Is the number of guests still subject to change? Let us know as soon as you know, and we’ll adjust the seating arrangement accordingly.
